Acorn is currently seeking an Industrial Cleaner on behalf of their client - a well-known contractor at Tremorfa Steelworks in Cardiff. This position may also require you to work in Cardiff Bay. Contract: Full-time, permanent, 40 hours per week Hours: Monday to Friday between 6am - 4pm Pay: Negotiable Duties will include:* Managing day to day performance of the Industrial cleaner role in one of Steel manufacturing mills * Provide a high standard of cleanliness throughout the mill* Relationship management to drive customer satisfaction * Drive continuous process improvements, achieve performance targets, maximise customer satisfaction and company profit * sorting out general and contaminated waste * Ensuring that forklift driving areas are free from spills or obstructions Role requirements:* Some previous industrial cleaning experience is esseital.* An a FLT licence is desriable as training and in house licences can be given, however you must have previous experience of driving a fork lift.* Experience of using industrial machines (fork lifts, high-powered jet wash) would be desirable * A driving licence is essential.If you think you have the required skills to fulfil this position then please apply with an up-to-date CV.Acorn by Synergie acts as an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
