Job Description

Are you a proactive and results-driven individual passionate about fostering growth and driving continuous improvement We are seeking a talented Improvement and Development Coordinator to join our dynamic client for a fixed term opportunity. As the Improvementand Development Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities for enhancement, implementing effective strategies, and supporting the overall development of our organisation This is a fixed term, part time opportunity on a hybrid workingbasis working from either the office in Cardiff or St Asaph as a base.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Research Officers:Compile lists of potential datasets and owners.
  • Arrange meetings with stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to promote linked data research using the SAIL Databank.
  • Provide administrative support to the adult social care data research group.
  • Develop a basic understanding of linked data research with appropriate training and support.
  • Provide administrative support to meetings
  • Arrange venues.
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Ensure translation/interpretation is provided.
  • Prepare agendas, coordinate papers, take notes, and ensure follow-up actions.
  • Establish and maintain administrative systems:
  • Follow organisational policies and procedures.
  • Maintain databases and procedures.
Skills/Experience required:
  • Providing administration support at meetings, including taking minutes
  • Effective time and priority management
  • Excellent Excel and proofreading skills
  • Excellent project management and team-working
  • Excellent attention to detail
