Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed HR Advisor who is passionate about making a difference in the not-for-profit sector. The ideal candidate will have a experience in generalist human resources and a willingness to learn and contribute to a supportiveteam.Client DetailsOur client is a renowned not for profit institution near Cardiff, boasting a large workforce of over 1000 diverse team members. The institution is committed to creating a robust and inclusive learning environment. You will be joining a collaborate team of10+ HR professionals reporting into the HR Business Partner. The company is a flexible and inclusive employer that provides work from home and flexi hours opportunities.Description

  • Provide HR advice and support to managers and staff across the institution.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
  • Support the recruitment and induction process for new staff.
  • Work closely with the wider HR team to deliver a high-quality service to the organisation.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with HR legal regulations and best practice.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate HR records.
ProfileA successful HR Advisor should have:
  • A qualification in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience in a HR Advisor or similar role - MUST have employee relations experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of current HR practices and employment law.
Job Offer
