Job Description

ROLE: HR AdministratorLocation: CardiffSalary: £25K (may go higher for more experienced candidates)My client are a leading Large Format Graphics and Signage business who work with well renowned global brands.They produce, manufacture and install Large Format Graphics and Signage across Venues, Events and Retail.They are part of a larger group of businesses so for the right individual there is a lot of scope for progression and development within the role.

  • Composing clear and accurate correspondence and documentation, including letters confirming contractual changes such as changes of hours, change of post, maternity leave, paternity, new starters, leavers.
  • Meeting with new starters and processing all associated paperwork.
  • Ensuring all actions are completed relating to the probation process.
  • Supporting absence management processes, including: uploading return to work and fit notes, attending all absence meetings and taking forward allocated actions.
  • Sending Weekly Keeping in Touch emails to those who are currently on maternity, paternity, those on long term absence etc.
  • Arranging meetings and events in person, including organising hospitality and room bookings, and making arrangements for virtual/hybrid meetings using Microsoft Teams/Zoom.
  • Providing administrative support for meetings, helping to compile and circulate agendas and papers and acting as a note-taker.
