SolicitorGroup Actions (Environmental) - Cardiff (Hybrid)Leading law firm in Wales with a strong presence across the South Coast of England and London is seeking to expand theirspecialist team of leading environmental solicitors that has successfully conducted environmental nuisance claims for whole communitiesaffected by various forms of nuisance with a particularexpertise in environmental nuisance claims caused by landfill sites, sewage treatment works and factories.The role will involve managing a case load in respect of group action private nuisance actions for residents affected by various forms of nuisance, be they odour/noise/dust from neighbouring factories/landfill sites etc or encroachment of Japanese knotweedonto private land.
