Are you fluent in German Or can you speak fluently in a number of languages Do you have experience providing high levels of customer service in either a retail or contact centre role If so, wed love to hear from you!Our global client, with offices in North Cardiff are looking to fill a new post within their international contact centre as a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor, which will see you supporting international customers, providing a helpdesk support function to customer queries.Job title: German Speaking Customer Service AdvisorContract: Temporary ongoing (permanent opportunities)Location: Cardiff (free on-site parking)Pay rate: £9.50 per hour (with occasional overtime)Hours: 38.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 4.15pm with cover to 5pm on a rotaBenefitsIn addition to the above pay, as an German Speaking Customer Service Advisor you will also be eligible for the following great benefits package:
