Job Description

This is a very commercial focused FBP role.Client DetailsMy client is a commercial business that has a Head Office in CardiffDescriptionWe are seeking a talented and motivated Finance Business Partner to join one of our clients based in Cardiff.As a Finance Business Partner you will play a pivotal role in their continued success, working in a highly commercial environment that values innovation, creativity, and collaboration.This is a role that works with key internal and external stakeholders and is very high profile within the organisation.Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide financial insights and analysis, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Produce external financial reports for investors, regulators, and other external parties, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Analyse financial data and trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue growth, and risk mitigation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance improvements and optimise resource allocation.
  • Act as a financial advisor to business leaders, offering actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights.
ProfileYou will be a Fully Qualified Accountant holding ACA, ACCA or CIMAYou will have an excellent commercial mindset and be able to analyse large data sets.You will have excellent stakeholder engagement skills.You will have excellent report writing skills.Job OfferSalary circa £52,000Excellent holiday and pension allowanceHybrid workingSome amazing company wide benefits
