You will understand the current methods of doing things within the team and put your stamp on it to bring a new and exciting perspective and waysof working.Organisation and communication is key! You should keep clear communication running between the development team and the creative team, whilst also keeping the client in the loop!Streamtime, Trello and Asana will be important in managing multiple projects at a time, from full-cycle projects to tweaks and improvements to existing projects.As the first soley-focused Digital Project Manager within the agency, successful experience in delivering digital projects in a fast-paced agency setting is essential.
