Job Description

CardiffDigital Designer (Agency)£25,000 - £30,000SummaryMy client are looking for the right candidate to join their team as a digital designer. The successful candidate will be responsible for working across a variety of digital mediums, including; website banners and social media posts. The agency have a big creative team but this will be an opportunity to spearhead their digital offering.Key Responsibilities:

  • Testing digital assets and optimising them based on their performance
  • Responsible for designing and building social and display assets (static, video and HTML)
  • Developing digital concepts and creating digital assets for branding, websites and apps
  • Collaborating with other teams to define requirements, iterate on design solutions and contribute expertise for various digital projects
  • Keeping up to day on industry trends and the latest digital design software
  • Helping out on pitches as required
  • Assisting with new business and other day-to-day internal projects
    • Skills & Experience
  • Prior experience working as a Digital Designer, or a Graphic Designer with a selection of digital projects on display in your portfolio
  • Proficient in design software including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CSS, AdobeXD, Animate
  • Knowledge in Premier and After Effects is desirable
  • HTML5 skills are essential
