Job Description

Customer Service AdvisorCentral Cardiff35 hours per week, 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday6-month temporary assignment - hybrid working after initial 2-week training periodOur client based in central Cardiff is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor for an immediate start temporary assignment.As a Customer Service Advisor, you will proactively promote our clients products and services managing customer calls and completing any related administration tasks in a professional manner.Responsibilities:

  • Provide all customers with an efficient service in a professional, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable manner at all times in order to maintain and develop customer relationships.
  • Effectively promote Website and self-service facility.
  • Take incoming calls from customers and deal with queries related to current, or potential future finance agreements.
  • Ensure prompt and regular communication is maintained between all internal and external parties to ensure seamless and consistent service levels are maintained. This includes Live Chat, emails, and social media.
  • Conduct customer surveys, in order to maintain and improve levels of service within the business.
  • Liaise with colleagues regarding underwriting ensuring all relevant documentation is completed and accurate in a timely manner.
  • Maintain good knowledge and understanding of all relevant policies and procedures relevant to the role, being compliant with these policies and procedures at all times.
  • Ensure all system-based records are maintained in an accurate and timely manner as prescribed by regulatory, legislative and company procedures.
