Job Description

Customer Service AdvisorA brand-new Customer Service Advisor role is available with an exciting award winning fintech company based in South Wales who are on a mission to empower and help individuals secure their future by sorting their financials and offering solutions to help.You will be joining a very inclusive team who are eager to develop and inspire individuals to build wealthy future. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be joining an engaging team and are growing rapidly who are passionate about delivering the best customerservice and who want to develop their skills within the finance industry.What be youll doingAs a Customer Service Advisor, you will be at the forefront of this business helping customers with the following:

  • Addressing customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat platforms with accuracy and warmth.
  • Providing information about our services and products while emphasizing that we do not offer financial advice.
  • Investigating and resolving customer concerns promptly and empathetically.
What youll bring to the team -
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in financial services.
  • Team player with a friendly and empathetic demeanour.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in various capacities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new systems.
  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills.

  • Competitive salary between £23,000 and £26,000.
  • 24 days holiday a year, plus bank holidays (youllearn an extra day holiday for each full year youre with us,up to28 days).
