This firm specialises in providing high-quality legal services in conveyancing, helping individuals and businesses navigate the complexities of property transactionswith ease and confidence.Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of residential and/or commercial property transactions from start to finish.
  • Conduct title searches, review contracts, and prepare legal documents.
  • Liaise with clients, real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for each transaction.
Requirements:
  • Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with experience in residential and/or commercial conveyancing.
  • Strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures, and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all aspects of work.
