Job Description

A well-respected Construction Consultancy in Cardiff are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Construction Project Manager to join their Life Science team.This is an ideal opportunity for a professional eager to make a significant impact in a dynamic and supportive environment.The Construction Project Manager RoleIn this role, the Construction Project Manager will be a key member of the Life Science team, focusing on complex projects that primarily involve converting office buildings into wet laboratory spaces. This position demands active involvement in all projectphases, offering the chance to take a leadership role and ensure successful project outcomes.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage various projects, particularly in converting office spaces to laboratory settings.
  • Collaborate closely with property owners and tenants to meet their specific needs.
  • Engage in all project phases, from initiation to completion, ensuring project goals are met.
  • Work in tandem with senior consultancy members, benefiting from their mentorship and experience.
The Construction Project Manager
  • Accreditation by MRICS, CIOB, APM, or actively working towards such qualifications.
  • A Masters or Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
  • Previous project management experience within a construction consultancy.
  • Strong background and expertise in the Life Science construction sector.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity.
  • An ambitious and driven personality, with a commitment to personal and professional growth.
