Job Description

Commercial Assistant / Contracts Scheduler - Required for our client based in Cardiff, who are a leading provider of high-quality road marking and surface coating. The Commercial Assistant / Contracts Scheduler will be working on roads,parking lots, and industrial surfacing delivering exceptional results. The Commercial Assistant / Contracts Scheduler is to support the Commercial Manager with ongoing Contracts and facilitate the punctual completion of projects by ensuring that all necessaryresources are in their designated locations.Commercial Assistant / Contracts Scheduler Position Remuneration

  • Salary £30k -£38K DOE

Commercial Assistant / Contracts Scheduler Position Overview
  • Critical role in our day-to-day operations
  • Responsible for assisting with the commercial aspects of our contracts and ensuring the efficient scheduling of projects
  • You will work closely with our commercial team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary documentation and information for contract execution
  • Coordinate project timelines with the operations team to optimize resource allocation and ensure efficient project execution
  • Communicate regularly with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to address scheduling and contract-related inquiries
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with contracts and scheduling
Commercial Assistant / Contracts Scheduler Position Requirements
  • Bachelors degree within Quantity Surveying or Construction Management, or related field
  • Happy to be on the Phone the majority of the day
  • Proven experience in contract administration and project scheduling within the construction or related industry
  • Proficiency in project scheduling software and Office
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements is a advantageous
