Job Description

Business Support Administrator - Cardiff - £23k-£27k + great benefits We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive BusinessSupport Administrator, with a can-do’ attitude, to join a fabulous financial organisation in their sociable Cardiff office.Joining a great team, the Administrator will provide administrative support to the office and will assist with reception duties when needed.What’s on offer Our client is offering a competitive salary (dependent on experience) and bonus & benefits scheme, which includes 33 days annual leave (including BH), private medical cover, private pension scheme, life assurance policy, learning and development opportunities,a flexible dress code, employee assistance programme, generous sick leave scheme, enhance parental and family leave and more!Key responsibilities as the Business Support Administrator will include:

  • Supporting the team with day to day administration
  • Organising internal and external meetings, coordinating work schedules and monitoring emails
  • Researching and organising travel and hotel accommodation
  • Providing financial administration to the team (expenses, credit cards etc.)
  • Preparing client correspondence
  • Assisting in preparing prospect proposals and marketing
  • Assisting with organising events and workshops
  • Attending meetings and producing minutes if required
  • Maintaining client database
  • Meeting and greeting clients and preparing refreshments for client meetings
  • General Receptionist duties when covering reception
  • And more!

  • Previous experience in an office based administration role
