Job Description

Business Analyst Support- Reading/Cardiff/Perth - contract starting ASAP until the end of March 2023, up to £350/day, hybrid/remote!My client is a leading Energy Utilities business who is looking for a Business Analyst.The Customer Acquisition Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Customer Acquisition Lifecycle Domain Leads across several business readiness activities and deployment activities ahead of go-live.The Customer Acquisition scope encompasses all marketing, new customer onboarding, price quoting, initial risk assessing, contracting processes as well as TPI set up and management.Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Domain Leads, independently progress deliverables, and act as a point of contact across the project and SSE business
  • Co-ordinate and facilitate business engagement required as part of deployment activities including, but not limited, to: Report build and test, customer correspondence build and test.
  • Provide support to SMEs and Domain Leads during the remaining Requirements Traceability Reviews.
  • Provide support to SMEs and Domain Leads to identify and fix data quality concerns coming out of migration data validation checks.
  • Support the SMEs and Domain Leads in the planning and preparation for cutover, business readiness and go live. To include the production of documentation associated with dual running and interim processes.
Qualifications needed:
  • Ability to understand complex issues and communicate them in simple terms
  • Experience delivering complex IT / Business transformation projects
  • More than 5 years experience within a Business Analyst role
  • Experience with the analysis and documentation of business processes
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and work with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and presentation, with the ability to engage across all levels of the Organisation
