Job Description

As a qualified Audit and Accounts Senior, you will be assisting the partners and managers in the management and delivery of statutory audit (80%) and accounts preparation services (20%) for our Managed Business Client portfolio with the below tasks beingcarried out:

  • Planning audit assignments
  • Identifying risks
  • Assessing and reviewing the budgets through to completing an analytical review
  • Leading audits, supervising, delegating and reviewing work of trainee auditors
  • Delivering information to clients in a timely manner whilst displaying client and industry knowledge
  • Identifying selling opportunities
  • Communicating to management on the progress of workload
  • Planning for efficient completion
Mandatory experience:
  • Previous experience as an Accounts Senior within a practice accounting firm.
  • Knowledge of Iris and Xero essential.
  • Skills in Microsoft Excel and Word are mandatory.
  • Experience of using cloud based software.
Qualifications required:
  • Either ACA or ACCA qualified, however part qualified could potentially be considered.
  • Full study support package provided if part qualified.
