Application Support Lead -Remote - Up to £50,000 - Multi-Award Winning SolutionWhats in it for youThis is an opportunity to lead from the front and add value to not only the immediate Support team but the wider development team. You will be involved in supporting developers in their efforts to create better, more resilient products across a number ofapplications. These applications are built in a differing environments and languages so this is also an opportunity to get exposure to more technologies than you currently work with.The RoleAs the Application Support Lead you will be responsible for effectively communicating issues with multiple applications back to the development team. You will also act as the technical escalation point for the support team whilst also providing them withtechnical leadership. It will be your responsibility to communicate any recurring issues to not only the development team but to non-technical stakeholders.
