Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Plumber to join our team, based in Cardiff, South East of Wales. You will be working on a full-time permanent basis, working 40 hours per week. Liberty offers professional gas installation, maintenance and servicing, as well as energy solutions, electrical installationsand property building and maintenance services, with a strong commitment to value for money services that make a positive difference to people and the communities in which we work.Responsibilities for this Plumber role are:Repair/ replace external cold-water gutter and drainage systemsInstall, repair/ replace hot & cold-water supplies, including baths, showers and toilets and waste systemsLocate and repair hot and cold-water burstsExcavate ground to repair external cold-water supplies & draining systemsClear blocked drains and toiletsTrace, diagnose & identify faults on hot & cold-water systemsWhat we are looking for in our ideal Plumber:Competent in all aspects of plumbing trade discipline and with experience of maintenance work on domestic and commercial properties, pre pain repairs and refurbishments. A background of plumbing and experience in the installation of wet rooms & Disabledadaptions. Experience working within social housing environment (desirable). Demonstrated ability to work with own initiative and deal with problems encountered. A current driving license is essential.
