Job Description

Ecommerce AdministratorYolk Recruitment is working with a leading Single-Source product provider to find a confident and driven Ecommerce Administrator to join their team and directly support their Account Managers and team leaders in their Cardiff Gate Office. Established in the summer of 2005, they wanted to provide retailers with bespoke solutions in goods not for resale. They have grown exponentially, supporting some of the biggest brands in the UK. They are focussed on developing products and services to meetall customers needs, and their company culture and team support is fantastic. What youll be doingThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Ecommerce Administrator to join a dynamic product provider based at Cardiff Gate. You will directly support account managers and the ecommerce team to support with placing relevant orders with companies, alongside:

  • Managing orders places via the online system
  • Maintenance of the back-office system, including changing product prices, photos and descriptions
  • Managing the distribution lists across multiple countries
  • Liaising with couriers/transport companies to arrange collection/deliveries or products
  • Tracking of deliveries, keeping account team members and clients informed
  • Joining customer facing calls and meetings when required
  • Co-ordination of invoicing/payments
  • Ensuring all systems and databases are kept up to date and accurate
What youll bring to the teamAs a confident Ecommerce Administrator, you will have a good understanding of Excel and string administrative skills. You will also have:
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise your own workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivation to complete tasks unprompted, and adaptable to changing situations
  • Excellent communication skills with people on all levels
  • Exemplary organisation and IT skills
  • A keen eye for detail and drive to learn and develop within the role and business
