Job Description

Spicerhaart is the largest independently-owned property services group in the UK. We work together with thousands of customers a year using multi-award winning marketing and leading smart technology to help buy, sell, let or rent property, as well as their financial needs.As part of our continued growth, we are looking to strengthen our Apprenticeship offering across all of our business areas.Responsible for carrying out all administration and compliance related tasks for our apprenticeship programmes. Day to day responsibilities to include:

  • Developing and maintaining our relationship with ESFA ensuring compliance funding rules are met.
  • Accurately inputting data into our systems allowing for a timely draw down of funding each month.
  • Input data and information accurately into spreadsheets, databases and other contractual documentation and paperwork
  • Maintaining effective learner records by checking all paperwork is in accordance to relevant funding requirements.
  • Proving a clear, accurate data relating to business performance as part of a regular reporting schedule.
  • Maintaining timely and accurate records of a range of data and information sources.
  • Ensuring the timely submission of data to ensure deadlines for funding submissions are met.
  • Working to provide timely and accurate data to allow accurate forecasting monthly income.
  • Completing compliance checks to ensure that all funding drawn down on a monthly basis is accurate and that funding clawback is avoided.
  • Full responsibility for the apprenticeship system and that it is utilised effectively and produces accurate data reports.
  • Ensuring the ILR is completed 100% accurately on a monthly basis
  • To qualify for this role you need:
  • Previous experience of administrating apprenticeships
  • Knowledge of MI System and DAS
  • Ability to conduct audit activity against ESFA/EFA funding requirements.
  • Excellent Prioritisation skills
  • Great organisation and communication skills with a flexible approach to work.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent Stakeholder management
