Job Description

I am looking for a driven individual to join an amazing team in Cardiff and help to achieve strategic goals and provide great customer service. To be successful in this role, youll need to be hard working, ambitious and dedicated to this career path. Youshould have the following attributes and skills:- Ability to multitask and prioritise a number of jobs across all portfolios, whilst demonstrating excellent time management skills to ensure all deadlines and expectations are met- Experience managing audit assignments including; planning, preparation, completion and client delivery- Display strong technical knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards and International Standards for Auditing- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail- Commercial awareness- Strong interpersonal skills- Experience using IRIS and MyWorkPapers is preferred but is not essentialYou should also have the following qualifications:-ACA/ ACCA qualified- Qualified by Experience is also consideredAs Manager, you will be responsible for:- Management and delivery of audit assignments for Charity and Not-For-Profit sector, Limited Companies (including groups).- Oversight of workflow and management of appropriate staff allocation.- Managing and taking the lead on audit assignments from planning through to completion- Reviewing audit files ahead of Director review- Reviewing and preparing draft corporation tax and business tax computations including supporting analysis- Preparation of statutory accounts from client trial balance- Delivering information and communicating with clients in a timely and effective manner- Assisting me and the Directors on ad-hoc project work- Assistance with the training of staffWhat my client offer you:- Salary package- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, birthday and a team building day- Access to an excellent flexible benefits schemes- Professional membership paid- Continuous training and development of new and existing skills.
