Job Description

Better Healthcare services supports adults and children with long term clinical, complex health and social care needs. Our specialist care team provide a high standard of care and support to people living in their own homes within the Norfolk community. We are recruiting for support workers to provide support to an elderly gentleman in his own home. Our client lives in Carbrooke and requires 24 hour care 7 days a week. He has dementia, communication needs and is at high risk of falling.The role will include:

Personal Care

Social support

Supporting with safety and mobility

Light housework duties

Successful candidates will be working waking night shifts 19:30 – 07:30, we currently have a full and part time role available.For this role a minimum of 3 months previous care experience is essential along with a caring nature, some experience with dementia would be beneficial.
