ARE YOU A REGISTERED NURSE LOOKING FOR A NEW PERMANENT JOBAn exciting opportunity has just become available to join a Private Care Home providing general and dementia residential and nursing care to older people in Thetford.***£250 BONUS FOR APPLYING THROUGH OUR AGENCY!****Do you know someone who would be interested in this role We offer a £250 referral bonus per successful candidate referred*Salary per hour: £21ph ltd (£17ph PAYE)**PLUS - £2000 WELCOME BONUS**Hours and length of contract: *Full Time Permanent Position*Nights only or days onlyoLong Days 07:00-19:00 (1h unpaid break)oLong Nights: 19:00 - 07:00 (1h unpaid break)*Service operates 24/7*The manager is looking for the position to be filled ASAP.Daily Duties: An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within a purpose built care home for older people requiring general or dementia residential and nursing care.Responsibilities will include:*Assess, plan and deliver, with the patient and their carer/family, a structured approach to nursing care which takes account of patient choice and wishes and acting as the patients named nurse*Supervising team members and contributing to their overall CPD, mandatory training and appraisal process recognising the skills required across the team*Provide accurate information about care in an accessible format to residents/service Users and their families*Monitor and review Nursing Care plans*Prioritise nursing duties and delegate appropriately and effectively within the shift co-ordination Framework, working as nurse in charge as required, ensuring as far as reasonably practicable a safe environmentBenefits:*Competitive salary*25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays increasing to 30 days plus bank holidays with length of service*Extra Service Annual leave awards*Career development - progress across the Staff Nurse grading is via a distinct career path*A contributory pension scheme*An employee assistance programme*Free meals/refreshments when on duty*NMC Payment in full*Sign on bonus - £2000- either a sign on bonus or an e-voucher code for a Benefits portal to be redeemed on various items including discounted shopping, red letter days, gym membership etc*Payment into the pension scheme*CPD top up*Donation to a charity of their choiceLocation:The home is situated in a bustling market time close to Norwich and is easily accessible from the A11, A47 and is on the main bus route.
