Job Description

A construction company based in the Docklands are seeking an administrator on a permanent basis. This company based in the Canning Town area are ramping up to a very busy summer time and as such need an extra pair of hands on board. The successful candidate will have relevant experience. As this organisation is concerned with reducing their carbon footprint as well as keeping their employees safe during the coronavirus - they would love to receive applications from local candidates who can walk or cycle to work. However, wider applicationswill be considered also - it should be noted that this is an office based role and remote working is unavailable due to the nature of the work.Duties to include:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Organising invoices for the finance team
  • Maintaining administrative files
  • Collating site based incident log reports
  • Ad-hoc admin duties.
  • The successful candidate will have strong excel skills and experience in a similar role. Construction industry experience would be advantageous but is not essential.Interviews to take place in March.
