Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has come available for my clients based in Birmingham City Centre. They are currently looking for a qualified Mortgage Advisor to come on board due to the high volume of leads and a massive database that can be tapped into. They arecurrently experiencing a lot of referrals coming through from the estate agency side of the business.They are looking for hungry and experienced Mortgage Advisors to join their growing team and successful estate agency business. This will be a home-based position servicing leads from 3 estate agency branches. You will be able to use the offices as a locationto meet with clients.Key responsibilities of a Mortgage Advisor include:

Servicing all the in-house referrals effectively.
Feeding back on the success rate, having input with the operations team to help them constantly improve achieving more and more volume.
Source the right products for your clients criteria
Helping & guiding clients through the process
Provide exceptional levels of customer service.
Maintain good client relationships.

You must have the following requirements for the role of Mortgage Advisor:

CeMap 1,2 & 3 is essential.
Experience in the whole of the market would be preferable.
Proven track record working in a sales target environment or managing a busy workload with deadlines.
Highly motivated individual with a proven track record of success.
Excellent communication skills; written & verbal.

£50,000 - £72,000 OTE
