Job Description

Credit Controller | £22-25K | CambuslangYour new companyWhat are you looking for Heating & hot water spares Bathroom spares What about tools, pads & ppe Well, thankfully, this national supplier can help you out.You new roleThe company are looking for a Credit Controller to join their 8-person strong team, confidently managing the debt on your own customer ledger. Below is a list of daily duties:

  • Managing and collecting customer aged debt
  • Analysing and reconciling customer ledgers
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Work with a minimum of supervision on the collection of overdue accounts
  • Acting pro-actively prior to deadlines in contacting regular late payers
  • Working closely with branch managers to resolve any issues in relation to unpaid accounts
  • Reviewing and managing customer credit limits within company guidelines
  • Ad hoc duties as required
