This elite company is centred on improving lives through innovation, collaboration, and cutting-edge technology.About the Opportunity:As the Vice President of Technology, youll play a crucial role in transitioning the groundbreaking solution from development to manufacturing and, ultimately, to the market. This role will open the door to becoming the next Chief Technology Officer (CTO),offering a unique chance to shape the technological future of a thriving tech leader.As Vice President of Technology, some of your responsibilites will include:

  • Leading the development and commercialisation of a cutting-edge solution.
  • Ensuring a seamless transition from research and development to scalable manufacturing.
  • Oversee enhancements for market compatibility.
  • Strategic Leadership and Scaling.
  • Formulating and executing a technology strategy.
  • Staying abreast of emerging tech trends and integrate innovative solutions.
  • Management of External Partnerships.
  • Team Building.
You will be comfortable maintaining strong relationships with industry players, ensuring the product meets market needs and will be sure to represent the company discreetly in industry events and discussions with key partners.To be considered for the Vice President of Technology you will have the following attributes:
  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years in technology leadership, preferably in the tech or solutions development field.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing external partnerships and in commercialisation.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
