Youll greet visitors, handle enquiries through various channels, and manage parcel/post deliveries and courier services. Additionally,youll maintain and update staff data systems, handle clerical duties such as preparing information packs and maintaining filing systems, and assist with booking requests and event signage creation.In this role, youll also oversee new starter safety training, monitor card access, and handle minor access issues. Youll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of the department, including alerting first-aiders to incidents and liaising withthe Emergency Response Team when necessary.This position offers a dynamic work environment with a flexible shift pattern, providing opportunities to contribute to various departmental activities and events.Benefits:
