The CRM is key within the Institute to manage our relationships, drive email marketing and support the future development of an extranet portal for our 40,000+ global network of alumni.Your strong communication and presentation skills, and ability to convey complex CRM concepts, will make you successful in this role. You will have experience with CRM usage, including an understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated withCRM adoption.
