Job Description

Talent Acquisition ConsultantCambridge Business Support is partnering with a well-known publishing company. They are looking for a TA Consultant to join their team.

  • Location: Cambridge
  • Job Type: Full-time,35hours per week, mostly remote working (1 day a week only in the office)
  • Contract type: temporary for initially for 3 months
  • Salary:£32,000
  • Start date: ASAP
Main Responsibilities:
  • 360 recruitment cycle.
  • Advert writing.
  • Posting sourcing.
  • Offer management.
  • Provide cover tot he team when on leave or when otherwise needed.
Person Specification:
  • Ideally you will have had 360 recruitment experience but not advert to advance background as long as they can demonstrate initiative
  • Great communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Great organizational skills.
  • Proactive, self-starter.
