System Support AnalystSalary: £43,000 - £50,000Location: Cambridge(Hybrid) Large Pensions Contribution, Annual Leave, NHS Benefits, Internal Progression and Exciting projects to work onIm currently working with a Technically advanced NHS trust based in Cambridge, hiring for a System Support Analyst to join a large, well-established team to take the IT & Tech forward across the organisation! This is a brilliant opportunity for an experiencedIT Support or Infrastructure specialist who is looking to move into a more project focused role with great benefits.As the System Support Analyst you will be heavily involved in IT infrastructure & networking projects across the trust, whilst also supporting the service desk team with infrastructure tickets day to day. Key tech stack needed for this role is experiencewith Windows Servers, SQL, Office 365 & Networking would be a bonus.The System Support Analyst will benefit from a very strong work-life balance that includes flexible hours, remote working and great opportunities for training and development.Skills required for the System Support Analyst are:- Knowledge & Understanding of Window Server, SQL, Networking- Experience with project management or Prince2 Fundamentals- Experience installing and configuring MS SQL and business systems that use it- Knowledge and interest in specific projects and developing project management skills- Knowledge of DeskPro or a comparable incident management system- An expert communicator and have the ability to work with senior stakeholders2nd Line / 3rd Line / Technical Support / Project Manager
