Job Description

Site Electrical Engineer Cambridge Days - Mon-Fri with Flexi-Time £50,000 - £55,000Im working on behalf of an Aerospace company based in Cambridge who are looking for someone to join their Engineering department on a Permanent basis.The position is very varied and will give the next candidate the ability to develop their skillset and work for an exciting business!Your main roles and responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Controlling the site electrical systems
  • Responsible for overseeing third party contractors
  • Reporting to the Engineering Manager
  • Provide technical electrical assistance to the Engineering Department
  • Testing of electrical systems once they are installed to ensure they are stable and safe
Im looking to speak with candidates from an engineering background who have experience with the following:
  • Recognised Electrical Engineering Degree or equivalent
  • Relevant electrical engineering experience in maintenance of large industrial plants
  • Leadership and strong communication skills
  • Project management experience would be beneficial
