Job Description

Senior React DeveloperA great new opportunity has become live for a Senior React Developer to join a market-leader in Banking software. They are currently on a journey of modernisation, which includes transforming the existing server and desktop-based applications into a singleweb-based solution.Being part of the growing platform team, you will play a key role in transforming legacy user interfaces into modern, efficient, and scalable UIs built with React.Responsibilities would include:

  • Leading the conversion of existing user interfaces to React, ensuring high-quality standards
  • Collaborating with back-end teams
  • Participating in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and high code quality
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to other team members
The right candidate will have/be:
  • Ideally 3+ years’ experience working with React
  • Strong TypeScript skills
  • Ability to use initiative with good attention to detail
  • Any knowledge/experience with Java would be advantageous but is not essential
  • Understanding of Next would be beneficial
