Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Java Engineer to join our team!We are a successful SAAS product provider in the Fintech space, providing vital products to our customers.Due to our success we are looking to add 2 Senior Java Engineers to our wonderful team!What youll be doing:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java-based applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability of the software.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Java developers.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to define project
Requirements:
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall system design.
  • Implement best practices in software design and development.
  • Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
  • Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and performance tests.
  • Identify and address software defects and issues.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliverhigh-quality software solutions.
  • Collaborate with other engineering teams to integrate Java components with other parts of the system.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in Java development.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve development processes and tools.
What you will need:
  • Bachelors in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Java development.
  • Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, Spring, and related technologies.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
  • Solid understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and architectural principles.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience with database systems (SQL and NoSQL)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and microservices architecture is a plus.
