- Salesforce Administrator- £400 per day - 6 month contract - 100% remote until Jan 2021 and will then be based in CambridgeWorking for a global leader in the world’s most advanced digital products, this is an amazing opportunity to join them as a Salesforce Administrator. The role is working full-time 100% remote and their offices in Cambridge are due to open early 2021 so it would be ideal if you are happy to commute to Cambridge at least 1-2 days per week. OverviewAs a Salesforce Administratoryou will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running and maintenanceof the Salesforce Platform.You will be a memberofthe Salesforce Platform Team and work as part of a group of designated Salesforce specialists. You will support the management of Salesforce support tickets received through service desk and delivery of system relatedprojects.The Salesforce administrator will cover a full range of administrative tasksandtake an active role in assessing, designing and delivering Salesforce solutions to support business needs.You will supporttheroll outofnew featuresby documentingfunctionality as well as communicating to and educating users about system changes.Responsibilities- Providing support for the day to day management of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,Salesforce CPQ andCommunity Cloud.- Performing administrative tasks such as creating or updating fields, workflows and process builder, creation of reports and dashboards and managing data using data loader or other tools.- Support data management activities to ensure a high level of data quality and integrity is continuously maintained.- Communicate regularly with the SFDC designatedSuperUsers to support them in their role.- Managing new releases and helping to roll out new featuresand functionalityas well as communicating to and educating users about system changes.- MonitoringCRM healthdailyto uncover data integrity issues and/or opportunities for process improvement.- Troubleshoot issues raised by users and provide prompt resolution. Escalate to team members withinSalesforce Platform teamorSalesforceSupport as necessary.- Facilitate workshops and other requirement gathering meetings.- Create new and keep existing Salesforce related technical documents or training materialsup to date.- Assist in performing and executing functional testing.- Providing expert support and liaising with Salesforce as necessary to answer queries and provide ad-hoc user training.- Ensuring we keep to a principle of using Salesforces standard configuration over using custom code but providing expert advice when we need to customise.Key Requirements- Minimum 2years of Salesforce experience gained in a similar role.- Salesforce Administrator certification isrecommended (ADM201)as a minimum.- Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views,dashboards and reportsand other content.- Desirable Salesforce CPQ and DocuSign CLM experience.- Strong communication and inter-personal skills in dealing with a range of customers, including seniorstakeholders.- Ability to explain technical concepts tonon-technicalstakeholders.- Experienced in software development life cycle (SDLC) within an Agile environment.- Experienced of using industry standard tools such as Jira and Confluence.
