Job Description

An exciting new position has arisen for a Research Scientist with strong knowledge and passion in Ultrasound and imaging to join one of the worlds best design organisations, who are developing the technology of the Future. You will use your expert knowledgeto help develop next generation high tech solutions which at set to revolutionise surgical. Diagnostics and medical imaging. The work environment is first class, and you will be offered a very competitive salary with area leading benefitsand bonus scheme.Hybrid working can be offered for the right candidate.The role is also open to candidates who require Visa sponsorship.Requirements of Research Engineer - Medical Imaging* PhD or Masters in Physics, Electronics or Optics, etc, ideally with a focus on Ultrasound / medical imaging /MRI Technology* Proven recent research or industry experience working on some of the following, ultrasound hardware, signal processing, Medical Imaging, MRI, X-Ray imaging, Diagnostic imaging, probe construction, transducer design, and system integration. * Experience with programming in python, C++, C# beneficial* Creative and resourceful.* Excellent writing and presentation skills.Salary: £40k - £60k + Excellent Bens and bonus Location: Cambridgeshire (Hybrid working considered)Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.
