Your responsibilities will extend to nurturing the expansion of the service and achievingregistration with the CQC.Skills wanted:

  • Business development experience.
  • Qualified to the level of NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care.
  • Internal auditing.
  • Liaising with external agencies.
  • Recruitment, training, and retention of staff.
  • Supervisions.
  • Referral, and assessment management.
  • Attending and hosting meetings.
  • Care and Support planning.
