We work hard, but we also have fun and celebrate our successes.The RoleAs a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Teaching Personnel, you bring schools and teachers together, towards a better education experience for pupils. You are not required to have experience in this career or any work experience at all, so long as you bringyour energy and willingness to learn to the table. You will join a thriving team specialising in supporting Primary Schools across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough and will support an experienced team of recruiters and have the opportunity for career developmentand progression - and we will be right there, supporting and cheering you on. Should you choose to accept it, your mission will be to:

  • Delight your customers through strong relationship building and delivery of best quality administrative support to teachers and teaching assistants
  • Proactively communicate with branches and candidates regarding vetting and registration
  • Create and publish job adverts and interviewing alongside experienced Recruitment Consultants
  • Be a data input and data management wizard
