Job Description

  • As part of a passionate group, built to deliver on the promise of immuno-oncology, you will effectively guide the team through the formation of integrated drug development plans.
  • You will work in partnership with the project team to develop and identify risks and opportunities, and execute on project plan and strategy, acting as a primary contact for project team-related information.
  • You will be expected to actively facilitate project team meetings, cross-functional communications and decision-making, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with Finance and other cross-functional departments, you will oversee and prepare project team budgets, including resources and costs.
  • You will prepare project dashboards reports, additionally identifying and implementing opportunities for streamlining programs.
What youll need to succeed
  • You will hold a BSc/MSc in a Life Sciences discipline, including relevant post-graduate research experience in an industrial setting (biotech/pharma), plus project management experience with knowledge of the overall drug discovery and development process.
  • You will be proficient with Project Management software tools to manage timelines and resources.
  • PRINCE2/PMP/Agile PM certification is advantageous.
