Job Description

AJ Chambers are proud to be partnered with a Top 50 UK law firm who are looking to grow their award winning Private Client team.In this role you will work as part of a team of over 50 Private Client specialist lawyers, serving as trusted advisors to individuals, families, trustees, and businesses globally, emphasising long-term relationships to provide practical solutions for varioustax, trust, and estate planning scenarios.Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage a mixed caseload of client matters involving all aspects of wills, trusts, tax, estate and succession planning
  • Provide clients with top quality legal advice that meets their needs entirely
  • Preparing Powers of Attorney
  • Advising clients on basic Inheritance Tax Planning
  • Advise clients fully on the broader implications of all transactions or advice given
  • Be self-sufficient in the administration of estates including intestacy
  • Work closely with the team to help achieve the firm’s fee targets
