We are recruiting a permanent Part-Time HR Business Partner for a professional services business based in Cambridge, employing around 70 people across 2 sites. This is a brand-new role for the business as they have made a decision to bring their HR function in-house. The function is already established however they will be looking for someone to evolve it going forward. Reporting to the Finance Director with the support of an HR Administrator, you will work closely with your key stakeholders and employees to help maintain and develop their culture. Ideally looking at 2.5 – 3 days (18- 23 hours per week) a week onsite, with travel when required to another site within an hour from Cambridge.Salary - £45,000 - £55,000 (FTE)The role is about developing the existing culture, being the go-to person for all things HR related, developing their performance development process and upskilling managers on HR softer skills and management capability. They have a HRIS in place as well as other processes and systems. Culture fit is key for this role as they are small business who are highly passionate about what they do for their clients and how they look after their employees. About you:You will be an experienced professional who has operated at management level and who is able to work independently in a stand alone role. CIOD level 5 or equivilent. You will be pragmatic in your approach and you will place great importance on ensuring theirculture allows people to flourish within a values driven business.
