Neighbourhood Customer Specialist needed -- Enhanced DBS needed- 9:00 till 5:00- Branded work items providedWhat we’re looking for:Someone who is passionate about customer service with excellent communication skills both written and verbal, being resilient with a positive and can-do-attitude.You’ll be exceptionally organised with the ability to self-manage a diverse and varied caseload, prioritising work effectively and delivering a first-time fix in order to produce high quality work.You will have experience within a customer facing role, preferably within housing management and ideally within the social housing sector.An understanding of tenancy and leasehold management and enforcement is desirable, as well as knowledge of current housing legislation and practice and government policy.Please Reply with your up to date CV if interested
