We are looking for an experienced, adaptable and strategy-focused Marketing Manager to deliver the commercial program across a vast rangeof industries.BASIC SALARY: £44,000 - £55,000BENEFITS: Hybrid/Remote/Flexible working 10% Annual Bonus PMI Family Travel Insurance Life Cover 4 x base salary 26 days Holiday + Stats Option to buy holiday Access to Group employee benefits platformLOCATION: Milton Keynes (Remote/Hybrid options available)COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: UK wide, only occasional trips to MK will be required.JOB DESCRIPTION: Marketing Manager B2C-Employee Benefits / Financial ServicesOur B2C In-bound Marketing Manager will be focused across multi-channel campaigns and be at ease with high-level meetings defining campaign strategy to drive engagement and increase revenue across the Group. You will drive the B2C inbound marketing programmeacross the group, delivering, implementing, and analysing the activity to increase revenue.As the B2C in-bound Marketing Manager, you will be: Creating and triggering impactful and compelling B2C marketing activity. Constantly monitoring and reviewing data on campaigns and retention levels. Creating concise copy for promotional materials across multiple channels. Collaborating with outbound teams; monitoring, adapting, and improving continuing campaign activity. The ability to work with external agencies.
