Job Description

Team Consulting is an employee-owned, award-winning device design and development consultancy. We focus solely on medical devices, supporting international clients from large pharmaceutical companies to start ups.Our clients come to us for all stages of medical device development. By combining our expertise and experience in design, engineering, and human factors, we help our clients develop medical devices from early concept through to commercial launch.Were looking for a Marketing Executive to join our industry-leading team of marketing professionals. The role will focus on organising and promoting our participation at worldwide events, to ensure successful outcomes for the company. Besides your experiencein marketing, you should be well organised, able to work under pressure and a core team player. Having an appreciation for idyllic countryside and beautiful workspaces wouldnt hurt eitherwe are based in a 13th century barn after all.What youll be doing:Events

  • Supporting Teams digital and face-to-face presence at events
  • Maximising event attendance including: pre, during and post updates, newsletters and press releases
  • Actively identifying and highlighting new speaking opportunities
  • Organising exhibition equipment, staff attendance and marketing collateral at key events
  • Liaising with external suppliers and partners to maximise the impact of each event
  • Supporting Teams own events, both on and offline
  • Researching attending companies and producing detailed event briefs for attendees
  • Supporting Team attendees with logistics, key event information and contact communications
Awards and PR
  • Tracking and curating our PR list, to actively search for media opportunities
  • Provide editorial support to Team staff in order to produce high quality content that represents our different areas of expertise
  • Manage our award entry deadlines and help prepare content for submissions, from video creation to product photography
What we need from you:
  • A good relevant degree (2.1 or above)
  • Experience in a similar position, working in a fast- paced marketing team
  • Capable of driving major marketing initiatives and events, including keeping track of and meeting all external deadlines
Desirable
  • CIM Advanced Certificate or Diploma
