Design and Web ManagerStart: ASAPLocation: CB4Hours: 9-5.30pm Monday to FridaySalary: CompetitiveAre you looking to work in a leading manufacturing business and be integral to the driving of the marketing landscape for the companies brand through to the implementation and measurement of strategiesDuties include:Supporting the production of a wide range of marketing deliverables for use with multiple communication channels and techniques* * Supporting and creating new collateral, inclusive of presentations, product sheets, photos, videos and animations* Updating the website to ensure it is up to date and relevant alongside the design and website manager.* Creation and measurement of email campaigns both direct and via distribution partners.* Managing social media (Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin etc..) including Google analytics and providing analysis and conclusions on trends* Managing and providing support for local/national trade shows including arranging required suppliers, product displays, collateral, giveaways, event attendance, data capture, follow-up reporting and recommendations* Maintaining sub-supplier base to include, but not limited to, graphic & design, photography, research, technical writing, web design & management, printing, exhibition organizers & suppliers, branded clothing & promotional items, advertisers and consultants.(External suppliers)* Assisting in the development of PR and social media campaigns* Assisting in the development of commercialisation of new productsEssential qualifications and experience* Comprehensive marketing experience - channel partnerships, ideally gained within a fast-paced, fast-growth Tech environment* Understanding of partner relationship management for the purpose of GTM and product distribution, lead or revenue generation, and other strategic initiatives.* Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent.* Strong problem-solving skills, collaboration with cross functional teams and ability to bring new ideas to market* Ownership of budget and management of costs* Experience of running and measuring digital marketing campaigns.* Strong understanding of marketing/digital analytics and ability to analyse and present findings from the results.* PPC and SEO understanding and previous management desired* Experience using HubSpot and Salesforce (desirable).* Experience in Magento, Marketo, and Wordpress preferredCulture, Environment & BenefitsIn return, you will be rewarded with a high-growth, passionate company culture, and a generous benefits package should the role go permIf you are interested in the role of Design and Web Manager and feel that you have the relevant experience, please contact your Recruitment Partner, Ryan Tanner at Aspire Recruitment on or email If this job isnt exactly right for you but youre looking for something new, please contact us for a confidential career discussion.Aspire Cambridge is acting as an Employment Agency in regard to this opportunity.
