Job Description

Linux Systems AdministratorCambridge 5 days a week£50k - £57kWorking within an AI company is highly desirable at the moment and Im partnering with one of the best in the area in their search for a Linux Systems Administrator. Working as part of a small team, you will be making a real difference in the design anddevelopment of the infrastructure, ensuring its scalable as the company has ambitious growth plans!This is a highly technical role and as such, are looking for someone whos been a Linux Administrator previously. Graduates, or those without the full right to work in the UK will not be considered for this role. Candidates must be able to work from theCambridge office 5 days per week.The Position:

  • Build and manage servers
  • Automate processes using Terraform, Puppet and Python
  • Protect the infrastructure from security threats
  • Provide IT Support to the internal user base
  • Migrate legacy systems
Requirements:
  • Previous experience supporting a Linux environment (Desktop and Server)
  • Python scripting
  • Worked within a cloud environment
  • Administer networks including routers, switches and firewalls
  • Excellent verbal and written English to both technical and non-technical individuals
  • Within a reasonable commutable distance of Cambridge
  • The full and unrestricted right to work in the UK
