Are you an experience Lead Hardware Design Engineer - Analogue/RF wanting to work for a world leader in network development for Internet of Things ("IoT") communications If so then this is the role for you!Due to recently acquiring a well-established supplier of wireless communications my client are now looking to expand their team by hiring Lead Electronics Design Engineer - Analogue/RF to lead their growing Electronics Engineering team and work on the handson design of their products.They are a global industry leader in the design, development and manufacture of cutting edge systems and software technology for a range of international customers.As Lead Hardware Design Engineer - Analogue/RF you will manage the design, development and validation of the range of hardware products and support the manufacturing and quality requirements for volume production. You will also be required to support the; introduction,use of products alongside issues resolution of field deployments.The role will involve the practice and development of a wide range of skills in a dynamic environment. You will develop and strengthen the engineering team to arrive at a level of excellence for; product development, delivery and quality in a timely and costeffective manner.The ideal Lead Hardware Design Engineer - Analogue/RF will have a combination of the following:*A minimum of 8 years experience delivering hardware products from specification to industrialised / manufacturable product.*Design and layout of complex electronic systems that include SMPSU / high speed digital / analogue and RF technologies. *Experience of "Internet of Things" and ISM band radio. E.G. ZigBee, IEEE 802.15.4, 6LoWPAN, WiFi, Bluetooth would be highly beneficial.*Team Lead & Man Management experience.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, successful company who are investing very heavily in R&D.
