Job Description

We are delighted to be working with this Cambridge based company. They are recruiting for a Language Speaking Customer Support Associate on a permanent full-time basis. This role is Hybrid.Typical duties include:

  • Dealing with inbound and outbound calls
  • Resolving customer queries and complaints
  • Liaising with internal teams
  • Going the extra mile for customers
  • Maintaining the customer database
  • Maintaining excellent product knowledge
You will have:
  • Polish speaking and either German, Spanish or French
  • Experience within a customer service role
  • Excellent team player
  • Forward thinker, with a passion for delivering customer service
  • Strong communication skills
  • A Problem solver who can adapt quickly
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
