Job Description

My Client is seeking aHR Assistantto join their HR function team reporting into the Head of HRHybrid workingNo parkingCentral to Cambridge CityMain key responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Selection
  • Prepare and send offer letters to successful candidates and write to unsuccessful candidates.
  • Process all pre-employment checks requiredwith regard tochild protection and safeguarding.
  • Inform relevant individuals and departments about new staff members
  • Create HR records for all new staff – both electronic and paper
  • Manage and co-ordinate the induction programme
  • First point of contact for all HR quires
Qualifications· A good standard of education including Maths and English GCSEs Grade A*- C (or equivalent) or Level 3 NVQ in a relevant subject (Business Administration for example)· NVQ/BTech/City and Guilds in Business· CIPD level 3 Human ResourcesIf you match the above criteria please do get in contact with Marsha-Louise
